After graduating from University of Indianapolis with a degree in Chemistry, Jim worked in the metal finishing and wastewater treatment industries (including as regional sales manager for Baker Brothers, Durco and Memtek) prior to co-founding H&T Systems in 1993. Jim holds a Class D Industrial Wastewater Operators license.

Scott has over 30 years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment.
Prior to joining H&T Systems in 2003,
Scott had worked in the metal finishing industry for 26 years and now specializes in Filter Press sales, parts and service. He holds a Class “C” Industrial Wastewater Operators Certification.
Scott and his family have resided in central Indiana their entire lives.
